At a Pokémon Center, Ash and company discover a Blissey, the evolved form of Chansey. While relaxing, Ash keeps getting hurt by Blissey accidentally. But Team Rocket soon arrives, and since the Blissey is an old friend of Jessie, Jessie regrets accepting food from her. This episode's English title is a reference to the popular saying, "ignorance is bliss." (Or) Team Rocket can’t believe their luck when the Blissey employed in a Pokémon Center willingly gives them the center’s entire food supply. As they abscond with the grub, however, an collective pang of conscience tells them to return their ill-gotten booty. However, they are ashamed lest this act of decency ruin their carefully cultivated reputation as troublemakers.
