| With six Sinnoh Gym Badges on hand, Ash decides that his next gym battle will be in Snowpoint City Gym. Ash and friends later get a call from Barry. Ash tells him about his victory at the Canalave Gym. Barry tells the group that the steel Pokémon on Iron Island are acting strangely even his Empoleon. So Ash and friends take the next ferry to Iron Island. When they arrive, they search for Barry and encounter more steel Pokémon running amok. Ash got saved from an angry Aggron by a trainer named Riley and his partner Lucario. Riley introduces himself and says that he is a trainer that lives on Iron Island and his Lucario uses it’s Aura to protect itself from the low-frequency wave that’s driving other steel Pokémon mad. Barry and his Heracross is off on their own investigation, and spot a strange machine. Barry runs into Team Rocket and probably blames them for everything, but Team Rocket denies that the machine is theirs. Barry and Team Rocket take a closer look and discover that the machine is part of Team Galactic and headed by Commander Mars. When Team Galactic spots them and Team Rocket pulls up a fight which makes them fall with Barry into an underground ruin. Up on the surface, Riley, Ash, Dawn and Brock tracked that it was Team Galactic. And the ruins were made of metal. Together with Team Galactic’s Spear Key, this must be causing the low-frequency wave. Commander Mars releases the Spear Key and the key melds with the ruins, which releases a huge bolt of energy. The waves knock Lucario backwards and is overcome by a strange power which it is preparing to attack! | |||||
